What is FirstUsers.club?
A community where founders sign up for each other’s products. It runs on reciprocal signups in 5-week cohorts of 25 builders: each week you sign up for 5 other members’ launches through tracked links, and in your launch week at least 25 members sign up for yours and answer the question you choose.
Am I guaranteed my users?
Yes. Everyone gets a launch week with 25 signups, backed by the signup guarantee. The only thing that varies is which week: a weekly shuffle sets the order, or you can book a specific week at checkout.
Are these real users?
Yes. Every signup is a real member of the community creating an account through your tracked link, matched to the email or phone they used. They’re fellow builders, which makes them great for early momentum, testing and honest feedback.
Do I have to confirm every signup myself?
Not if you built with AI. Paste one prompt into Lovable, Bolt, Cursor or whatever you use, and your site reports signups to us — each one is verified the moment it happens and marked “auto-verified” on your results page. Prefer to check by hand? Each signup shows the email or phone used, and anything you don’t dispute within 72 hours is approved automatically.
What if someone doesn’t do their signups?
You still get your 25. Missed signups are re-posted on the bonus board for other members to fill, and anyone who misses signups in two weeks of a cohort loses their entry.
What if my launch still falls short?
It's covered by our signup guarantee. If your launch ends its cohort under its goal (25 for Basic, 50 for Boost, 100 for Spotlight), its open spots stay on the bonus board for 4 more weeks. Still under the goal after that? Email flip@firstusers.club within 30 days and we refund everything you paid for that entry. It covers paid entries whose owner kept up with their own signups.
When does my cohort start?
A new cohort starts the Monday after it fills. Your start date shows on My week as soon as it’s set. Each cohort runs 5 weeks, and you sign up for 5 products a week while it runs.
Can I pick my launch week?
Yes — you can book a launch week at checkout. Spots are limited each week, and Spotlight includes a booking.
Where do Boost and Spotlight’s extra signups come from?
From members who pick up optional bonus tasks and earn rewards for it — an earlier launch week, free entries and free upgrades. We only sell Boost and Spotlight when enough members are active to deliver every signup in your launch week.
What does “Start free” mean?
Create a free account, sign up for our house picks and other builders’ launches on the bonus board, and earn a free entry with the credits you collect, or by referring 3 builders. You can still book a launch week when you use it.
What will my billing statement say?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Charges appear on your card statement as WONDERWORX* FIRSTUSERS, from WonderWorks Group, LLC, the company that runs FirstUsers.club. Your emailed receipt shows the same name.
What does my product need?
A free signup option that doesn’t require a credit card. That’s it — any website or app works.
