Terms of Service
Last updated October 12, 2026
FirstUsers.club (the “Service”) is owned and operated by WonderWorks Group, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and WonderWorks Group, LLC. By creating an account, entering a website, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
Please read Section 15 carefully. It requires you and us to try to resolve disputes through negotiation and then mediation before going to court.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you’re authorized to accept these Terms for it, and “you” includes that organization.
You’re responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in details secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Keep your account information accurate. One person may hold only one account.
2. How the Service works
FirstUsers.club is a community where builders help each other get early users and feedback. Members enter websites or apps (“Products”) into a cohort. While a cohort runs, each member signs up for other members’ Products, and each entered Product receives one launch week in which members sign up for it.
- Every entry gets a launch week. Each Product entered in a cohort receives one launch week during that cohort. The weekly draw decides which week a Product launches, not whether it does. Entry fees pay for participation in the program and its services, not for a chance to win a prize.
- Cohorts. A cohort starts when enough members are waiting and runs for the number of weeks shown on the Service (currently five). Start and end dates shown before a cohort begins are estimates.
- Signup goals. Each tier has a signup goal shown at checkout. Signups come from real members creating accounts through tracked links. Missed signups are re-posted for other members (“make-goods”).
- Week bookings. Where offered, you may book a specific launch week for an additional fee, subject to availability.
We may change how the Service works (including cohort length, tiers, goals and rewards) for future cohorts. Changes won’t reduce what you’ve already paid for in a cohort that has started.
3. Your commitments as a member
While your entry is active, you agree to:
- Complete the signups assigned to you each week (currently five), by the deadline shown.
- Make each signup genuinely: a real account you created yourself, using an email address or phone number you control, and honest feedback based on actually trying the Product.
- Report accurately which email address or phone number you used for each signup.
- Review signups for your own Product in good faith, and dispute only signups you genuinely can’t find.
Missed or disputed signups can result in strikes. Two strikes in a cohort forfeit your entry, and repeated low-effort answers can pause your bonus-board access. A forfeited entry is not refunded. The current rules are shown on the Service and form part of these Terms.
4. Your Product
Any Product you enter must:
- Offer a free signup that doesn’t require a credit card or other payment.
- Be lawful and not contain malware, phishing, adult or sexually explicit content, gambling, content that promotes violence or hate, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Not ask members for sensitive information (such as government IDs or financial account numbers) to sign up.
You’re solely responsible for your Product and for how you handle information that members give you when they sign up for it, including complying with applicable privacy laws and your own privacy policy. We may remove any Product from the Service, without refund, if it breaks these rules.
5. Fees, renewals and refunds
- Payment. Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in U.S. dollars through our payment processor, Stripe. We don’t receive or store your full card number. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
- “Every cycle” plans. If you choose to renew every cycle, your Product is re-entered when each cohort ends and your saved payment method is charged the then-current price for its tier. You can turn off renewal at any time in My account → Billing; it takes effect before the next renewal. If a renewal charge fails, the renewal is cancelled.
- Refunds. Fees are non-refundable once your cohort has started, except as stated in these Terms or required by law. If we can’t complete an entry or booking after you pay, we refund it automatically. If your launch finishes with fewer verified signups than its tier goal, we’ll offer you a free entry into a future cohort.
- Taxes. Prices don’t include taxes unless stated; you’re responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
- Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is resolved.
6. Free entries and rewards
Free entries, priority in the draw, upgrades and other rewards you earn through bonus tasks or referrals have no cash value, can’t be sold or transferred, and may be changed or ended for the future at any time. Rewards earned through fake signups, multiple accounts, automation or other abuse are void.
7. Content you share
You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as your Product’s name, logo, description and question, and the reactions and feedback you write (“Your Content”). You grant WonderWorks Group, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and share Your Content to operate and promote the Service, including on public results and winners pages. Feedback you write about another member’s Product may be shown to that member and on public results pages alongside your name or handle.
You represent that you have the rights to Your Content and that it doesn’t violate these Terms or anyone else’s rights. If you send us suggestions about the Service, we may use them without any obligation to you.
8. Tracked links and the auto-verify API
Signups are made through tracked links that record clicks. If you connect your Product to our signup-reporting API, you agree to keep your secret key confidential, to report only real signups that came through our tracked links, and to send only the minimum information needed (the referral code and the email address or phone number used). Reporting false or inflated signups is a material breach of these Terms.
9. Things you may not do
- Use bots, scripts, automation, disposable or fake identities, or paid services to make or verify signups.
- Create more than one account, or coordinate with others to manipulate the draw, signups, disputes or rewards.
- Harass, threaten or spam other members, or use their contact details for anything other than verifying a signup.
- Interfere with, probe, scrape or overload the Service, or try to get around its security or rules.
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from My account. We may suspend or end your access, remove Your Content or forfeit your entries if you break these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, or if required by law. If we end the Service entirely, or end your access without cause, we’ll refund the unused portion of any fees you’ve paid for a cohort that hasn’t finished. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Third-party services and members
The Service links to other members’ Products and relies on third parties such as Stripe, Google, Supabase, Cloudflare and Resend. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for other members’ Products or conduct, or for third-party services. Your use of another member’s Product is governed by that member’s own terms and privacy policy.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, WonderWorks Group, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee any particular business result from the Service, such as revenue, paying customers, user retention, or the quality of feedback, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WonderWorks Group, LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms. Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WonderWorks Group, LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of Your Content, your Product, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of anyone’s rights.
15. Governing law and disputes (mediation required)
Governing law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Step 1: Informal resolution. Before starting any proceeding, the party raising a dispute must send the other a written notice describing it and the relief requested. Notices to us go to hello@firstusers.club; notices to you go to the email on your account. Both parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute within 30 days of the notice.
Step 2: Mandatory mediation. If the dispute isn’t resolved within those 30 days, either party may request mediation, and both parties agree to participate in good faith in non-binding mediation before filing any lawsuit. The mediation will be held in Wyoming or by videoconference, before a single neutral mediator agreed by the parties (or, if they can’t agree within 15 days, appointed by a recognized mediation provider). Each party pays its own costs and attorneys’ fees, and the mediator’s fees are split equally. Mediation discussions are confidential and may not be used as evidence in any later proceeding. Completing mediation (or the other party’s refusal to take part in it within 60 days of a request) is a condition to starting a lawsuit.
Step 3: Courts. If mediation doesn’t resolve the dispute, it must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you and we consent to their personal jurisdiction. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, or seek a temporary injunction to protect intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm, without first completing these steps.
Individual claims. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated or representative action. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, unless the law requires a longer period.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we’ll notify you by email or on the Service before it takes effect. Changes apply going forward; continuing to use the Service after they take effect means you accept them.
17. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
