Privacy Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how WonderWorks Group, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), which owns and operates FirstUsers.club (the “Service”), collects, uses and shares personal information, and the choices you have. It applies together with our Terms of Service. Questions? Email privacy@firstusers.club.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address, profile photo (or the one from your Google account if you sign in with Google), handle, and password (stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider).
- Private details: the email address or phone number you use when signing up for members’ Products, your interests, and your email notification settings.
- Your websites: the name, URL, description, logo, category and question for each Product you enter. This information is public.
- Activity: the signups you report, the reactions and feedback you write, confirmations, disputes and appeals, bonus tasks, referrals and week bookings.
- Messages you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Tracked-link clicks: when you open a member’s Product through a tracked link, we record the link, the time, your browser’s user-agent, and a one-way hash of your IP address combined with the link code. We don’t store your raw IP address for clicks.
- Analytics: on firstusers.club we use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technology to collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Service.
- Advertising measurement: on firstusers.club we use the Reddit Pixel to measure whether our ads on Reddit lead people to visit, create an account, enter or pay. It uses cookies to record page visits and these actions, with the amount and the plan chosen, and an identifier from the ad you clicked. We don’t send Reddit your name or email address.
- Technical data: our hosting and security providers process IP addresses and request logs to deliver the Service and protect it from abuse. We also store sign-in tokens and a few preferences in your browser’s local storage so you stay signed in.
Information from others
- Google, if you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile photo.
- Stripe, our payment processor: confirmation of payments and refunds, your Stripe customer ID, and limited card details such as brand and last four digits. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Other members’ Products: if a builder connects our signup-reporting API, their Product tells us when an account is created through one of our tracked links, along with the email address or phone number used, so the signup can be verified.
2. How we use information
- To run the Service: create your account, place entries in cohorts, run the weekly draw, assign signups, verify them, apply strikes and rewards, and show results.
- To process payments, renewals and refunds.
- To send you emails about the Service, such as signups that are due, disputes, wins, launch progress, results and billing. You can turn most of these off; dispute and billing emails stay on because they affect your account.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, such as fake signups, multiple accounts and automation.
- To understand how the Service is used and improve it.
- To comply with the law and enforce our Terms.
3. How information is shared
With other members. This is a community, so some information is visible to others:
- Your name, handle and profile photo, your entered Products, and launch results are visible to other members and may appear on public pages.
- When you report a signup, the builder of that Product sees the email address or phone number you say you used, so they can confirm it. If you appeal a dispute, they also see your explanation.
- Reactions and feedback you write about a Product are shown to its builder and may appear on its public results page, alongside your name.
With service providers who process information for us under contract: Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Google (sign-in and analytics) and Reddit (advertising measurement).
For legal reasons, when we believe it’s required by law or necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of our members, the public or us.
In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We don’t sell your personal information for money. Our use of the Reddit Pixel to measure our ads may count as “sharing” for targeted advertising under some U.S. state laws. You can opt out by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser: when it’s on, firstusers.club doesn’t load the Reddit Pixel. You can also email privacy@firstusers.club to opt out.
4. Members’ Products
When you sign up for another member’s Product, you’re giving your information to that builder, not to us. Their own privacy policy and terms apply to what they collect and how they use it.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your choices, Google Analytics cookies on firstusers.club to measure usage, and Reddit Pixel cookies to measure our Reddit ads (not loaded when your browser sends Global Privacy Control). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. We don’t respond to “Do Not Track” signals, because there’s no common standard for them.
6. How long we keep information
We keep account information for as long as your account is open. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information, except what we need to keep for legitimate business or legal reasons. For example, we keep payment records for tax and accounting purposes, and records needed to prevent fraud or resolve disputes. Feedback you wrote about other members’ Products may remain in their results without your name.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and keeping payment card handling with Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. Keep your password safe and tell us at privacy@firstusers.club if you think your account has been compromised.
8. Your choices and rights
- Access and update your account details in My account.
- Email settings: turn optional emails on or off in My account → Notifications.
- Delete your account in My account → Security, or by emailing privacy@firstusers.club.
- Depending on where you live (for example California, other U.S. states, the EU or the UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email privacy@firstusers.club. We’ll verify your request and respond within the time required by law, and we won’t discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Legal bases (EU and UK)
Where EU or UK law applies, we process personal information to perform our contract with you (running the Service), for our legitimate interests (keeping the Service fair and secure, and improving it), to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required (for example, for analytics cookies).
10. International users
We’re based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.
11. Children
The Service is only for people 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact privacy@firstusers.club and we’ll delete it.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email or on the Service before they take effect. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
